Using the service

You may use The Snack Calendar to coordinate lawful team, school, club, camp, and community activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for sharing calendar links appropriately.

Food safety

The Snack Calendar is an organizational tool, not a food-safety or medical service. Organizers and participating families remain responsible for confirming allergies, dietary needs, league or school policies, safe food handling, and appropriate supervision.

Your content

You retain responsibility for team names, schedules, notes, and other information you submit. Do not upload or enter unlawful, misleading, harmful, or unnecessarily sensitive information.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided as available and may occasionally change or be interrupted. Keep important game-day information in your team's primary communication channel as well.

Changes and termination

We may improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service and may remove calendars that misuse it. We may update these terms, with the effective date shown above.
